Croser

Croser is an elegant sparkling wine driven by delicate flavours from pinot noir and chardonnay grapes.

The vineyards that make Croser were planted by Brian Croser in 1979. They were the first ever vineyards established at Piccadilly, a picturesque valley found in the cool Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Apart from adding subtle flavour depth due to maturing vines, the style of Croser has changed little. The gentle two-year journey from vineyard to glass gives Croser its distinctive sparkling wine style; the tiny bead, subtle complexities and soft, fine texture. The elegance is inherent in this Piccadilly Valley fruit and usually blended in the ratio of eighty per cent pinot noir to twenty percent chardonnay.
